Christine Le
Dr. Le is a first year Psychiatry resident at Kaweah Delta Health Care District in Visalia, CA. I completed my medical school training at Touro University California, in Vallejo, CA. My interest in Psychiatry stems from my desire to practice medicine in a holistic manner. I find that Psychiatry presents a wonderfully intellectually stimulating challenge, which incorporates both the social and biological sciences in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with mental disorders. My current interests include cultural and adult psychiatry, but I remain open to exploring other subspecialties.
Dr. David Gellerman
David M. Gellerman MD PhD has been an active member of CCPS since 2003, serving as Chair of the CME Committee from 2003 to 2010, and Chair of the Ethics Committee from 2011 to 2015. Established as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Society in 2013, Dr. Gellerman is Board-certified in both Adult and Forensic Psychiatry. In addition to his interest in continuing physician education, Dr. Gellerman is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at UC Davis, teaching medical students, psychiatry residents, and forensic psychiatry fellows, among other trainees, and coordinating the Dept. of Psychiatry’s Spirituality and Psychiatry seminar series. Providing psychiatric care for our country’s Veterans since 2003, and the outpatient Clinical Manager for the VA Sacramento Medical Center since 2008, Dr. Gellerman recently completed an 18-month detail as the Acting Associate Chief of Staff for Mental Health for the VA Northern California Healthcare System.
