Dr. Angad Pal Kahlon

Dr. Kahlon is board certified psychiatrist currently working as an inpatient psychiatrist in Fresno and Madera. He is also on faculty at the UCLA-Kern Psychiatry Residency Program and previously served as Associate Program Director. He grew up in Selma, completing his undergraduate studies at UC Irvine, medical school at Ross University School of Medicine, and psychiatry residency at UCLA-Kern in Bakersfield, CA, serving as Chief Resident for 2 years. He is currently the Secretary of the Central California Psychiatric Society. Previously he served as the President and Resident-Fellow Member Representative of Central California Psychiatric Society- Kern Chapter.  Dr. Kahlon's interests include psychopharmacology, interface between medicine and psychiatry, teaching, advocacy, and community psychiatry. His hobbies include watching football and basketball, fantasy football, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Dr Jaesu Han is a graduate of UC Davis School of Medicine and the UC Davis combined Family Medicine and Psychiatry Residency Program. He is an Associate Clinical Professor in the UC Davis Dept of Psychiatry and is program director for combined Family Medicine and Psychiatry Residency Program. He has roles in medical student education, primary care psychiatry consultation and practices at the Integrated Behavioral Health Clinic in Sacramento. He has interests in medical education and primary care psychiatry integration.

Dr. Richard Bermudes

Dr. Bermudes is a caring, collaborative practitioner who utilizes a variety of treatment options tailored to the specific needs of each patient. He completed specialized training in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in February 2010, and was the first provider of TMS therapy for depression in the Sacramento, CA region. In 2013 Dr. Bermudes chaired the first annual meeting of the Clinical TMS Society and served as a founding board member. In 2015 he was elected president of the Clinical TMS Society. Dr. Bermudes is a recognized national speaker on TMS practice organization, insurance reimbursement and policy development. Dr. Bermudes has authored articles on cognitive therapy techniques, the metabolic syndrome, and medication-associated obesity. He is the principal editor of A Clinical Guide for Managing Metabolic Abnormalities in the Psychiatrically Ill: What Psychiatrists Need to Know (American Psychiatric Publishing, Inc., 2007). Dr. Bermudes earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego and completed his residency training in psychiatry and in family medicine at the University of Cincinnati. Board certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry, Dr. Bermudes completed a fellowship in cognitive therapy and cognitive therapy supervision at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
