Dr. Zola Chihombori Quao
Zola Chihombori Quao, M.D. is a third year resident in UC Davis' Combined Family Medicine and Psychiatry Program. She completed undergraduate and medical school training at Yale University where her interests in health justice and integrated/innovative models of care delivery were born. At UC Davis, Dr. Chihombori Quao is active in resident union organizing and advocacy, UCD's Black Resident Organization, and the Gender Health Center. She also serves as a resident member in various capacities in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Dr. Adams was born and raised in Modesto, California. He grew up spending time on his family's almond farm and was highly involved in the Assyrian community. He attended UC Davis where he received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara where he received his medical degree. He attended the UCLA-Kern psychiatry residency program. He currently serves as an outpatient, inpatient, and consult/liaison psychiatrist. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, family and especially his newborn son.

Elicia Fernandez earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Dominican University of California. She completed medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, NE and Phoenix, AZ. She is currently in her second year of residency in the UCSF Fresno Psychiatry Residency Program. Throughout her training, she has enjoyed volunteering through programs such as the American Medical Women's Association, the Student National Medical Association, and the Junior Doctors Academy at UCSF Fresno.
Dr. Setare Eslami
Dr. Eslami was born in Mashhad, Iran and completed her medical degree at Mashad University of Medical Sciences. After graduating from medical school, she practiced in various areas of medicine such as family and emergency medicine.
Prior to residency, she managed a research project on novelty dementia treatments at Stanford University. She obtained her adult psychiatry residency at Kaweah Health where she is currently a faculty member. Dr. Eslami proudly serves the community of Central California with the focus on women mental health and LGBTQ mental health.
With a holistic approach to mental health, Dr. Eslami achieves healing by integrating innovative evidence based treatments with her strength in allopathic medicine.
