2025 Annual Meeting

This 2.5-day conference for psychiatrists and other mental health professionals will integrate recent scientific data with current clinical practice.

Each Resident Fellow Member (RFM) is eligible for one-night accommodations in a standard room at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront or two-night's accommodations in a standard room if two RFM’s shared a room for both nights. Once you have registered for the event and booked your room, please contact Kelsey at info@cencalpsych.org to secure this accommodation coverage.

CANCELLATIONS

Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing on or before March 1, 2025, to receive a full refund minus a $35.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 1st.

Please note that online registration will be closed on March 27, 2025. All registrations after March 27th will only be accepted onsite.

*Please note: As an attendee, you are not allowed to pass out self-promotional flyers or handouts without the approval of CCPS. This is a benefit reserved for exhibitors only. Attendees who pass out self-promo items without permission will be fined $3,500.

Eligibility: Any medical student or resident fellow member of APA. Submissions may have been presented at another meeting or pending/published elsewhere as long as they are the presenter's original work.

Original research or case reports: Describe research or a case that highlights new research into psychiatry or unique presentations of mental disorders. These may have been presented at other meetings.

Responsibility: If your abstract is accepted, you are expected to register for and attend the Annual Meeting. Posters will be presented during the breaks on Saturday, and at least one presenter should be present during these times.

Judging Criteria: Significance (10 points), poster presentation/visual impact (10 points), methods (10 points), interview (10 points)
