Dr. Eslami was born in Mashhad, Iran and completed her medical degree at Mashad University of Medical Sciences. After graduating from medical school, she practiced in various areas of medicine such as family and emergency medicine.
Prior to residency, she managed a research project on novelty dementia treatments at Stanford University. She obtained her adult psychiatry residency at Kaweah Health where she is currently a faculty member. Dr. Eslami proudly serves the community of Central California with the focus on women mental health and LGBTQ mental health.
With a holistic approach to mental health, Dr. Eslami achieves healing by integrating innovative evidence based treatments with her strength in allopathic medicine.

Alan Koike, MD, MSHS is a Health Sciences Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the UC, Davis School of Medicine. He is the Associate Training Director of their Adult Residency Program.
